Lora Cross can be real mean sometimes- and she always does it while looking so fancy in her formal attire. Why does she always dress so formally? Where is she going, The Ritz? Some kind of ball? Nope. Lora is just that pretentious. 

Lora is on the phone and she dresses down the poor soul she is talking to- angrily, insulting- she’s such a bitch. After that dress-down, she dresses up herself.
