Death by Pull Up Workout

It’s time for Lora to work on her lats and biceps, and there is no better exercise for developing those things than the pull-up. It’s highly functional, as it translates into climbing a tree or even over a fence as you are running from someone!

She chose the ‘Death By’ format, where you do one rep the first minute, two the second, three the third, and so on, until you can’t complete the proscribed number of pullups in the time limit. Let’s watch and see how far she gets!
