Calisthenics Fitness Challenge for Lora Cross
Lora Cross has to get a good workout in- and today she has been challenged to demonstrate her prowess with calisthenics. There are three components to today’s workout: pushups, situps, and chinups. Lora will be working her abs, triceps, delts, pecs, biceps, and lats with these movements, and she’ll be pushing herself to her limit.
